Jess Tice-Gilbert is an artist. This is a fact. What kind of artist? Well, she's a multi-disciplined one. Let's have a look:
Jess grew up as a "Military Brat" and traveled the world as a child. Living in different cultures and countries shaped Jess' artistic sensibilities and has given her years of inspiration.
After graduating from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communications Design, Jess forged a career as a paper engineer with Robert Sabuda and Matthew Reinhart. She currently works as an Associate Art Director for a children's book publisher.
Along side her full time job, Jess creates luminous watercolor paintings that explore the skies above us. She just had her first gallery show in March 2017, "Cosmic Musings".
Jess lives in NYC with her husband and two cats.
